David Fortune is back to playing his guitar and singing as a Willie Nelson impersonator after the burning neck pain and arm pain caused by a herniated disc were relieved following minimally invasive anterior cervical discectomy and fusion at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, performed by Dr. Nimesh H. Patel, independently practicing neurosurgeon on the Methodist Health System medical staff.
